We ship to all 50 states in the U.S., including Hawaii. However, we only ship to physical addresses; we don’t ship to PO Boxes.
All orders placed before 2PM EST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) usually ship the same day. All orders placed on the weekend or a holiday, or on a weekday after 2PM EST, will very likely ship on the next business day.
We offer Free Shipping & Free Returns to our U.S. customers on all regular orders. Specific conditions apply for Private Sale items.
As of today, we provide 4 shipping options
- USPS Ground (7-10 business days): free, no minimum
- UPS Ground (3-5 days): $8
- UPS 2nd Day Air (2 business days): $25
- UPS Priority Overnight (1 business day): $35
After you place an order on us.maisonlejaby.com, you will receive an Order Confirmation email, and once your order is fulfilled and is on its way, we will send you a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number.
To cancel or modify an order, please contact us ASAP by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and, if possible, within one hour after the order has been placed. After the one-hour window, we cannot guarantee that the order can be cancelled.
- Your request should include: your name, the date of your order and its reference number, the reason why you want a return or exchange and a picture of the product in its original packaging.
- Only requests placed within 30 days of delivery will be accepted.
- Only products purchased on us.maisonlejaby.com may be returned for a refund or exchange.
- We cannot accept items purchased from another retail store location for an exchange or refund.
- We will only accept products in their original and sealed packaging, unworn, undamaged, after review by our distribution center.
- Shipping cost are not eligible for refunds.
- If a package is marked as delivered, but it is stolen or you are unable to locate it, we cannot refund the order amount.
- We are not responsible for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, stained, misused, etc., we cannot refund or accept a return.
Products listed as "Final Sale", including all products featured in the "Sale" category of the Site, are not eligible for return or exchange.
Simply email email@example.com with your request and you’ll receive a complimentary pre-paid UPS return label upon approval. We will either send an exchange or issue the refund back to the original form of payment within 10 business days upon receiving the return shipment. You will receive an email confirmation with the details of your refund.
